I thought there was no transfer of license? You might as well keep them - they won't have any value for resale now anyway.

no you can but there is an ilok fee
ya maybe but technically buying is still cheaper than the subscription plan I honestly don't use them at all and could sell them with an ilok 2
I might put them as package on ebay and see what happens.

I really like the VCC and use the VBC occasionally. Never use VTM or FG-X anymore...or SSD. But, if they'd ever freaking port to AAC I might? Frustrating.

true which year ? I have a quad i7 but find I run out of cpu trying to use vcc so don't and with the aax problem stopped using the other plugs (fg-x, vtm and VMR) I do use ssd but am liking some of the other samplers you have been posting about. I know that some are now aax but I moved on.

Man, I can have 25 vcc's and it doesn't even sent my cpu. Weird how different setups are quirky with different things.

I thought VCC 2.0 was supposed to be here in January?? Did you get the email from Slate saying that VCC 2.0 will be a module in the VMR? From Slate's website about the subscription- >With the Mix/Master Subscription, you can use your plugins when you want. And if you go away for a bit or take some time off from the studio, pause your subscription and save some money. There's no penalty, and you have complete freedom. Reactivating is easy. The Mix/Master bundle is a monthly subscription. You don't have to pay a year up front, you can start and stop whenever you want, and again, it's only 19.99 per month for everything that we have and everything we'll make. With the Mix/Master Subscription, you can use your plugins when you want. And if you go away for a bit or take some time off from the studio, pause your subscription and save some money. There's no penalty, and you have complete freedom. Reactivating is easy. < It's not so bad a deal in that context. I'd still rather own the stuff outright, since I already do. Now please forgive me, for photobombing the thread.

i think vmr will be the skin for all slate plugs going forward.
Jk ya funny but I have never been a able to use vcc as described unless a small session I understand the re code will improve its efficiency and add the new special ssl module
