Anyone have any experience with one? Seems like a great tool for those of us who still work with analog consoles. I like the idea of two of these for about the same price as an SSL Sigma. Anyone compare the two? Would love it if it could work stand-alone, without a DAW, so to use with a hard disk recorder or tape machine.

Never heard of or seen it before, but it looks pretty cool. I wonder if you could assign a Presonus FaderPort (or other controller) to control the fader in the plugin. AFAIK, the controller faders normally only control the fader on the channel, but maybe that can be changed.

AFAIK you can use any motorized Controller. FWIU you leave DAW faders at zero.Need to setup midi channels for the Summation software to control the unit, thereby automating the analog VCAs.

I have not used this box or the SSL, I want to love both of these because I can see them fitting in with my Dream Hybrid rig if the Software existed where one could pan and set up addition units as aux sends.
As an owner of a console with VCA automation full of THAT's latest VCAs I do know the benefits.
The Achilles heal here is the Fader Resolution, Unless somebody comes up with a dedicated control protocol the automation will at times feel course.
