I'd float a cloud over your listening position, place some panels at the reflection points right and left and add some 4" traps along the wall in front. I'd be worried about the angled ceiling creating issues and would probably replace the foam with 4' X 4' x 2" panels on either side. Actually. it looks like that's what you did in the vocal spot in the pic.
REW can help identify frequency problems. Flutter issues are easy to locate, just walk around, clap your hands and listen.
