I was into building/racing RC cars many years ago. I wanted to get into helicopters but never did..

Built an RC glider in my teens. Loved it. Imagine much has happened on the market since then, like 35yrs.. What rides are you into @heartfelt?

I've always been a WW2 warbird nut. I've had a couple of P-51's over the years and got out of it about 5 years ago. I just picked up, as a x-mas gift, an electric P-47D with flaps and retractable gear. Should be a fun and clean fly, compared to the alcohol birds I have flown, due to the castor oil in the fuel.

I want one of those Quadcopters with a camera. I'm also a WW2 buff so I wouldn't mind a Corsair, Hellcat or Black Widow.

I built a lot of balsa & tissue planes back in my youth but never put engines in them. Rockets also.

I represented OZ flying f3a aerobatics. Won an Australian Patten (f3A) title. Also competed in IMAC comps and over oz and NZ. Fly scale gliders and Scale pylon racing.. Have a ME109 setup for warbird racing will post some pic's.

Pattern flying - sounds like fun.
Yes, post a pic of your pylon racer and warbird. I'd love to see them. I saw some midget mustangs for sale in the local shop. Always tempting but I don't know how you land those things with razor thin wings. What kind of pylon racing do you do?
Flew my maiden voyage with my new foamy P47 with retracts and flaps. Nerve wracking even though it is a relatively cheap plane, being a foamy. I figure I will get my feet wet again with this and then build a larger balsa WWII warbird.
