Well, lets not get crazy...it has limitations...but I'll play some stuff and you can judge for yourself.

Yeah - I hadn't really played around with Nightdriver before doing this...was probably my favorite too.

The very dry one HIFI with two or three different beats would be enough for me. I liked it but would love to hear without the klick.

OK...what in the F**K. I have NO idea what's going on. I did this in PT11. Double checked in itunes and NO CLICK. Now I upload them here and there's a click. I wonder if the site looks at the same names and doesn't upload different ones if they're the same names...ugh...I'll see if I can figure it out.

Doesn't it frost you when a DAW is doing something you don't want and you can't figure out why?

Well, I think it might have been me. The first set I bounced down wavs and then encoded to mp3's in itunes. Then the second time I bounced to mp3 in PT's. I remember when I uploaded the second time, it popped up and the files were there - I didn't drill down to the folder - so I bet I just reuploaded the same damn files...sigh

We have almost all the Addictive Drum kits, and have settled on the Vintage Dry as our favorite, with a tweaked version being the core sound for our current album project.
Second in line is the Fairfax II, for more aggresive, yet clean/tight sounds.
We love AD.

nice video and the samples do sound very authentic ! I wrote a few songs with them. For normal simple 4/4 stuff they are great. (Outstanding good!) As soon you play more complex stuff you clear can hear that its sample drums. But mh in most songs there is no complex drumming. The cool thing about it is taht you can have your basic groove very fast. Also very great is that they are mixed with taste everything you change is not a big deal. I can understand why some songwriters like AD. For my taste the SD samples could have more than 18 round-ribbon samples. Maybe BFD is the king of realism but BFD is, at least in my world, user unfriendly as hell.
