All of those types of videos are from Europe or Asia. Those "pranks" are not tried here, for good reason.
We have a 2nd admendment, CCW's in most states, stand your ground laws and too many nut jobs to ever take a chance that the fellow you prank could fill you with .45 caliber slugs.
However, I would watch that video.
