how u liking the ff stuff Paul? Tony, I was especially interested in the deesser everybody is raving about. Been using Waves deesser since I bought the Gold bundle in like 98/99 (btw I believe Gold was like $1800 back then ), but that won't happen again after using FF. Goooood stuff.

Yeah - the FF Deesser is the be-all end-all...just SO easy to use and understand. The Pro MB is fantastic too.

Goooood stuff. really? same here, waves deesser, i got my platinum bundle in 03, it was about $800 (bought a G5 at the same time, so i guess i got a "deal" 8), honestly i don't get a lot of use out of the bundle, the waves plugs are pretty counter intuitive imo, and when i use them, my focus usually moves from the music to the damn plugin, which i HATE! The linear phase eq was one i used a lot, same deal, i only half understood the friggin thing, and it pissed me off that it would drag me into all the technical distractions, the FF proQ took it's place after the first use, just a ton of useful features, all accessible, and way easier to use imo, the proQ2 looks even better, i will just spring for the whole package as soon as FF has another sale, it's important to support developers who make stuff that just easily works, keeps you in the music and out of the way of the creative process, maybe waves will step up their game, which would be good for all of us.

I really want the Pro-Q, that thing looks amazing, probably the last EQ I'll need. So, will there be a sale or do I have to pay in full???

I always wait for Black Friday to buy any gear/software. Waves ALWAYS has some mega-sale. Every year I upgrade my bundle. I'm on Diamond now and paid a fraction of the regular price. Most audio companies do something for BF, especially software companies.

I could REALLY use these in PT11 right now, but I don't want to spring until I see if there's anything coming.
