I have a couple of other Overtone plugs and really like them. I'm curious what RGO members might think of their new 10 band analog modeled EQ. Judging eq can be tough, but I did a quick listen to the demo and on first listen it sounds a little sweeter/nicer than the Cubase eq I often default to. And at $22.50 the price is hard to beat. If anybody wants to check it out I'd be interested to hear your take on it! Overtone EQ

28 views and no comment? Well I bought it anyway! Overtone does some amazing plugins for "real world prices." I'll check back in after I use the EQ for a while.

I viewed, but never even heard of their stuff, let alone used it. Price is right though.

This quote is from the Overtone site … "Mac versions are VST only at this time, AudioUnits will be available soon as a free addition." Overtone is sorta like Valhalla in that they think software plugins are often over priced. I use their Pultec plugin all the time. The EQ is similar to the Fabfilter in layout, but with less features. Having 10 bands is nice though, and it's easy to use. The top end does sound nice to me.
