I have this habit, that I'm sure some of you share, in which I feel compelled to open every new piece of gear that I buy and look at the insides. To be honest, sometimes I take things apart at a later date just to see it all again. It's a sickness, I know, but there are so many pieces of beautiful gear out there that should be shared with others. This thread is for all of you who appreciate the inner-beauty of our beloved gear. Here's a few things I've built. A passive summing mixer + 4 channel reamp, a clean boost pedal with 18V charge pump, and an JFET phono preamp.

How about some pr0n from other places? Here's stuff I designed at work.. A spectrum analyzer tuner:  And a switch matrix for CATV measurement equipment:  On the matrix, I was project lead. I developed everything but the firmware running on it. |
