I'm super excited about Primal Tap but I'm not so sure just adding a "rack" is worthy of another version number. I saw it at AES and it looks cool but, so far, the IK, NI, Waves, and Slate racks haven't really excited me. I'll absolutely buy the upgrade to Primal as soon as it's released but V5? I'll probably skip (unless it's a no-brainer price like $39 which is way less than they should charge) but I'm sure it'll fit in to some people's workflows Same here about Primal Tap. Little PT is fat and thick tone wise. The full version with the hold button will be an amazing creative tool. Love the fact that you can rack or use individually. I'll upgrade to 5 to support the company... |
