Hey!! My sisters vid was 1 of the 4 indie vids featured on CMT. www.cmt.com/videos/crystal-yates/1098904/goodbye-letter.jhtml#id=1689821Also I tracked some vocals for her couple of days ago and she's got some sweet stuff up her sleeve, I'm still amazed how incredible she is at writing and why in the hell I never got even a small itty bitty piece of being able to sing or come up w/ lyrics like this! She can't work an 1176 like me tho

Yeah she wanted to keep it open and natural for sure. She was pressured to make it more of the "standard", her response was "why? let's make a new one." She's good for country music, it's been needing someone like her to come along for a while. It holds up good on the radio, I heard it a few times on a couple of stations, actually it's louder and more punchy than what comes on before and after it because of the processing by the stations. Bob Katz would be proud What is THIS?!?!?! Sounds not squashed into an unrelenting wall of LOUD?!?!?! Instruments allowed space to BREATHE?!?!?! But this could cause the system to collapse!!!!!! Thank God...

Bought the album. Worth every penny. Who's that singing with her on Goodbye Letter? Production is really good on this record.

Been listening to this off and on all day. Simply remarkable record. Your sister has a new admirer right here.

Finally received my copy. Production IS really good, a lot more open than the norm these days. Which of course makes me want to turn it up louder, so that's always good. Very nice songs as well, I've had it looping for hours today. Thanks jeromemason for bringing it to my attention! cowboycoalminer, the BVs are listed as Will Yates and Sam Ashworth, though it doesn't say for which songs.
