This might look better as an avatar.

I like the alliteration. hmmmm but I definitely do more mixing than tracking.

Sometimes you don't need to say everything. In certain situations less is more. People seeking you out are going to already know what you do for a living. Not being so literal is a little more sophisticated, like Virgin etc. Just leave it TreeHouse. It has a little swagger like that.

Not being so literal is a little more sophisticated, like Virgin etc. Just leave it TreeHouse. It has a little swagger like that. I think you're onto something.... Now I just have to reconcile this fact with my pea brain. This might take a while. By the way, thanks for the logo ideas, and the avatar! Sweet!!!

This: But maybe with a larger board with the center traces forming the outline of a tree.

One House .. Two House.. Tree House. This one is my wife's favorite. But what about 'OneTwoTreeHouse' , (probably with each word a different color). It's clever and has a musical aspect to it, which I like..... but does it have swagger? Which is more valuable in a name? Clever or swagger? I must ponder.

Is your wife your client base? Most guys spending money on production here in New York are 24-38 and pretty tuned into pop culture. Your logo should be for your customers, moreso than something that makes you feel good. That's what beer and the wife are for.

This: But maybe with a larger board with the center traces forming the outline of a tree. That's an excellent idea. Especially if it isn't obvious.

If you like alliteration, here's a slogan idea:
Troubled tracks? Tried and true Treehouse treatment - call Mitch, available for a song

You need something better than this, but you get the idea.

You need something better than this, but you get the idea. nice find -- I'm thinking maybe a little more round at the top, like Matt said. Probably more in the way of 'roots' as well. I'm going to send this along with the 'concept' logo to the company Jeff Steiger recommended, and see if they fit my budget. Otherwise, I might give Fiverr a shot. What do you guys think about color? PCB's are usually green after all, which would be fitting. Or just leave B&W (and grey)? Maybe the designer can do a few different mockups.

I used 99 Designs for mine. It's an interactive competitive design concept, which brings some interesting results.

Been meaning to update this thread for a while in case anyone was interested in seeing the final logo design. Big thanks to yotonic for his guidance and for putting me in touch with Luna Digital, who I highly recommend if anyone needs logos/illustrations. (The cost was extremely reasonable too.)
