Because ProTools doesn't have the ability to create and save (and recall with one button press) macros? I never really thought about creating one to do a batch export, though....man, that would be a complex mofo, because you'd want it to bypass all plug ins.....set all faders to unity....somehow get mono channels mixed to mono (this is a BS Cubase thing I think)....I suppose if there are enough useful presets, it's worth it for that.

OK, it's cool but what happened to:
"We're going to put development on hold and do the things we promised we'd do - we will do nothing but fix our crap and hire people to so"....
umm, ya.

Well batch convert might not be ready for a year or 2 and the raven update and the monitor controller are different teams so.... We shall see .

I can see this paying for itself in about half an hour for some users...

I think once you get into its workspace and realize you can program your own batch commands that would be very powerful. I use pro tools and hate the mouse etc, so I like the raven idea: just not the cost I just don't get why it is so high for essentially a 27 inch touch screen monitor and software; great product but too rich for my blood

It is too time consuming to klick more than one track and recall a saved strip-setting? Takes me 5 seconds in logic… I guess it is the same in PT??
The great transient to midi move can do logic since version 6 - just three clicks and it converts audio to midi. I could go on… sigh.
Its meant for users who never read the fucking manual of thier DAW.
