Having people like jcoutu1 surely isn't good for your forum John. Why did he come down on me like a little girl is questionnable in this thread. Another reason why i'll hangout even less here. As i once said on the other site there should be a real pro forum with paid subscription to filter out unwanted members. has been here a good while without any issue that I'm aware of. His posts are in good taste (the one's that I've seen). I can't speak for the whole group but for myself, I was doing just fine before you got here. And I'll be doing alright when you decide to hang out " even less". But I will agree about one thing, this is not the other site. Come in here with your hat in your hand or I will personally escort you to the door. We've got too much of a good thing with classy industry guys going here to allow a few ass hats to ruin it. All that said, if you want to do things the right way and participate in some manful discussion about audio, your in a gold mine of information with the guys that hang here. I say welcome aboard if that's what your looking for. Otherwise, GS is right up your alley and just a click away. Have at it. |

Cowboy : you're right GS might be my alley. Once you've filtered all the DJs remains about 10-20 interesting members Like Steve Remote which interestingly don't hang out here.
Now i know why.

Really considering shelling out the money for Altiverb so I can make impulses of spaces and create unique sounds for each project but there's a new API 525 plugin and the Lindell plugs that I'd really like to give a try.

With the years I find Altiverb one of the most phasy sounding reverbs you can use. BTW I have for SALE my license of Altiverb 6 which you can have for cheap - if you want it - PM me. To me HW is still king with some exceptions which I named here. |
