...I've been following Michael Farabee's very affordable Resto-Mod restored vintage ribbon and dynamic mic offerings on Youtube/eBay, but this one really caught my attention...seems like a very interesting (and affordable) option for stereo micing, with the intent of blending and individually EQ'ing the two different elements, on a single voice or source...
...I think throwing up a pop-screen and backing off the mic a touch to reduce proximity would have probably flattered the mic's performance on the video a bit better...
...thoughts?
