It looks fantastic and seems to have good specs! Goes way beyond what a Sub-mic from Yamaha sells for and is the same ballpark price at $399.99 I think I shall have one, please!

Why spend so much money when you can take a regular speaker 12" or bigger and change the polarity of the connectors to XLR male, voila .... there you have a submic! This is the result of my homemade subkick, does the job splendidly

I was thinking to myself "I could use one of these on the bottoms of all toms in combination with the M179 or MD421 top mics". Also, don't forget that unlike a Yammy or home-made sub-kick, this microphone has a freq response from 20hz all the way to 15khz. VERY useful.
