Look more like generic 4 conductor (?) telephone/alarm or signal/control wire? like old Cat3 cable or the stuff you get at Home Depot.

Interesting — the person said he was going to use all Mogami / Belden wire, but there is some Gepco thrown in there too… I see some Mogami, but this one is unlabeled so curious… It is really soft like Mogami… Home Depot stuff is hard so don’t think it is that.

You may need to show us some clearer photos of the inside wires, jacket, and shield too. How many conductors is it? Mogami does make some gray quad cable (W2799 or W2820) but I would be surprised if they did not print their name on it. mogamicable.com/category/bulk/console/

Looks like just about any generic cl2-Cl3 install mic cable, could be Belsen, maybe Mogami W2806 if one conductor is blue, other white.
