Man o' man. Been Hoovering them up with a Dustbuster by the bucketfull.
Don't get me wrong. I <3 LBs. Like, who doesn't?
Until they adorn the walls like bespoke bug zits. WTF happened this year? It's like 2020 when there was a mega spider invasion, or the army worms of 2022.
I'm dreading the next Cicada iteration.
Wish I had pics, but I've been so busy vacuuming up those tiny pretty lady bug beasts I've no time.
What bugs are you loving least now?

Hate, hate, HATE Cicada's. Luckily they are not too bad here. Worse downtown where there are lots of cottonwood trees. But yeah, no lady bugs here to speak of. Still, better than Cicada's.

Round here this year is pretty quiet for Cicadas (the vuvuzelas of the bug kingdom). When they decide to all emerge together though it's nearly impossible to even think let alone record. Thanks for helping me see it could be worse :-)

For your consideration: Olinthus Cicada Overdrive reverb.com/item/85584351"the smallest effects pedal ever created. Cicada may be minuscule, but it has more than enough might to fatten your tones" Sure is adorable (unlike a real cicada). Looks like they're brand new. I kind of want to get one just to put it on the keychain.
