you have to download UA Connect, install it and all that, and then it should show up (at which point then you have to authorize it to your ilok, download it, install it...). UA Connect wanted my EMail name, which I gave it, then asked for my password. My EM password is computer generated and mot accessible to UA. It has a "Change Password" option, but if that alters my Email PW i'm screwed. What do I do?
HELP!
as Kcatthedog said, they want your UA account info (not your regular email account). if you don't have a UA account, then here's the help link for that. Once you have that (which is likely your email address and [ideally] a different, new password that you have created for UA) then you have to fill that in for UA Connect so that it can access your UA account so that it can then give you your plugins. I'm not sure if its a requirement for everyone(?), but I also had to have an iLok (and associated account) so that I could actually authorize the plugin. That may only be because I choose to authorize it without being required to be connected to the internet.

As for Drew being a prick, I finally just put him on ignore. It was an improvement.
I admire your level-headedness. If I were younger and dumber, I would find Drew's home address and break some windows.
Ha!
