I could buy a matched pair of these cardioid small diaphragm mics and the fella is asking 700 bucks, but I'd offer a bit less. I seem to remember that Dan Suter coming up in conversations a bunch of years ago but don't remember details. Interesting, no experience but after hearing Andreas Vollweider live twice with seats directly in front of FOH, I know he and is engineer are picky as hell. For the $ worth a try. I do wonder who makes the capsule, I have a gut feeling it might be MBHO.
