Hey experiencing a problem on Reverb - my fault - but I cant seem to get through to a real person other then a BOT offering useless info. I have been trying for a number of days. Does anyone have an actual email address of a person they have interacted wit I can have? Thanks

Thanks Have had a few issues this year, was able to do a live chat with an actual person once I logged into my account. I don’t even think I did it through the app, I just logged in on my web browser. You might have to type “talk to a person” a couple of times, but you should be good as long as it’s within their live chat hours. They were really good at resolving my issues every time.

Still trying at different times of night and day and get virtual assistant. Does any one have a physical email of anyone that works there they have spoken to recently?

I have received emails from two different people, but both of them are sending from support@reverb.com

I have not had issues getting a human, after going through the chat-bot-dance, when logged in to my account. Sometimes had to wait in a queue, but always landed someone during US business hours.

Most of it was time difference in Australia where no one real is available. You just have to do the 2am hook up to get someone real.

Thanks Try hitting them up on social media, looking for a 'Contact Us' form on their site, or asking the bot to escalate your issue to a human.
