In the chorus of Walker Hayes' "Fancy Like" there is this resonant low-end beat. Anyone know what plugin/effect does that? Is it just a patch from an 808, a synth, or some plugin?
Looking to add this sort of thing into some stuff I am working on and just looking for an easy way to get that.
Thanks.

Hey I took a listen in the car. It sounds to me like a synth bass track and a typical electro kick. For me it’s easier to build from the ground up than use presets. Start with a sinewave on a single oscillator. Set the envelope: attack fast, decay fast, sustain full, release fast. Get rid of touch sensitivity/ make velocity full. Adjust the key range to minus octaves and that should be 90% there. Next, you can blend another oscillator or play with square and saw waves and LPF, tone, reverb/delays etc. Otherwise there are synths and VIplugins designed just for bass and have tons of presets.
