I always liked the C1. I've no more rack space so I've been looking at the 500 series CL1A which has a C1 mode. Do you use anything else in your chain? |

The CL1A sounds great.
C1 on ST1 and the MAS at the end of the chain seems to get the job done

Which would you prefer on the 2 bus? SSL G Bus or 33609? 33609. I have the Stam 33609 and recently added it to my master buss. Adjust the amount input/threshold to taste and it allows you to go from subtle sweetness to more agressive. Sounds excellent! I’m not as much of a fan of SSL on the master buss as it can be bit too sterile and narrow for me in that role sometimes |
