Well, I know I can, I'm just wondering if it will be an improvement. I think it would be 250 watts for each speaker in bridge mode.

Which lexicon amps and what speakers? If its The ones that are really Bryston , yummy!

Also an OLD Dave Rat trick for gaining a bit of head room was flipping the Phase of one input , and at the output too put less strain on The powersupply when pushed , always seamed to work!

Yeah - I have a Lexicon NT 212 that's really killer. It is the OEM Bryston 3BST...Powering my Pro Acs. Paid $450 at a pawnshop for it. (Thanks, littlesicily) I wondered if adding another to use as mono blocks would be even more scrumptious.

Yes ! I have a 4b on my Quested 3 ways Proacs seam to love power ! The thing is your going to pay a bunch more than you did for your first one! I wouldn't make it a high priority, one of those if I see one for cheap Ill grab it! But a real patchbay first!
