...in recent months, as explained on the homepage of the TAB Funkenwerk web site, Dany Bouchard of the GroupDIY forums had been collaborating with Oliver (Dany had previously designed boards for Oliver's C12 and M49 kits), to better offer more clear and concise options to make good use of Oliver's C12, U49 and U47 vintage replica bodies: www.tab-funkenwerk.com/index.html...one of the last of these collaborations was focused on offering a kit based on Oliver's belief that the EF800 was an excellent alternative to the VF14 in a U47-type circuit with proper implementation...Oliver had supplied Dany with NOS Telefunken tubes, and Dany went about creating the PCBs just prior to Oliver's untimely passing...Dany has decided to release this set of PCBs and has named them in Oliver's memory...this kit also makes good use of Oliver's latest BV8 offering, his "Classic Series" BV8... ...I am pleased this project has been forwarded to fruition...this of course, is an alternate option to Max's popular MK-47 and MK-U47 build projects... ...here is the link to Dany's build thread, just started today: groupdiy.com/index.php?topic=56878.0Attachments:

That is great news! Could you PM me Joshua's contact address? ...I've been told Joshua can be reached at: sales@tab-funkenwerk.com ...BUT, the automated mailer is currently returning mail with the message, "user is over quota", which is understandable at this particular time... ...additional contact info is avaiable on the AMI/Tab website: www.tab-funkenwerk.com/id30.html

When I met Oliver at the NY AES show, he was a wealth of knowledge and great fun to talk with. His wife was a pleasure to meet as well. Attachments:
