Been meaning to ask people this but has anyone experienced plugins being more buggy when they’re used as ARA extension vs being used as standalone plugins? I’ve found that melodyne is buggier in Cubase that way. And I remember autoalign being similar.

I’ve found that melodyne is buggier in Cubase that way. And I remember autoalign being similar. Melodyne loses edits frequently and it's enraging. Celemony says "it's a known issue" and there are hundreds of reports of this. I no longer use the plugin, just the standalone version. This is not a problem in Pro Tools, just other DAWs. |

Still on 2023.12.1 because the first 2024 crashed constantly. But I’m not on the Sonoma so maybe I need to upgrade that too

Fab-Filter just announced updates too, probably to work with the Protools update, and whoever updated recently. Updates, updates, don’t you love it when this happens…crossing fingers again hoping everything works!
