Spent the afternoon with Tomi Quagliardi making ASADO~!

Well, Tomi is here from Argentina, visiting in the US, to showcase his new audio products, (Quagliardi Audio)
They had a big release party, sponsored by Wave Distribution, (Gil Griffith) at Blackbird Studio "D" June 12th and was met with quite a great response..
Packed house...free Empinandas made infant of you, free bar, from 2 in the afternoon, till 10 pm.
Wonderful time it was just to meet ant talk to everyone.
Then on Friday, Tomi, came over to my place in Hartsville, and I BBQ's smoked sausages, as well as my spicy Cajun Chicken wings.
All served, with goblets of "Chimay Rouge" a beautiful brown Belgian beer, from a keg I just tapped.
Then today... Saturday, Tomi, and his girlfriend decided they were gonna show us how a REAL Agentinian
CARNE ASADO BBQ is done!
WOW~! (nothing like what they advertise on TV commercials for Carne Assada on Chipotle Grill!
That said, I just got back home from (Franklin)
and TOMI, cooked a real feast, with Cuts of meat from a Argentinian Butcher, (as they are special cuts)
and BBQ'd us Sweetbreads, Steak, Sausages, Veggies, Chicken, etc...
Unbelievable feast,
And to add insult to injury...
I was surrounded, by luminaries, such as....
Chas Sanford,
Paul Wollfe,
Vance Powell,
Steve Marcantonio,
and many more, who's names escape me at the moment?
Wonderful afternoon, with some great people, and absolutely amazing eats...
In the meantime, all that are interested, check out Tomi's new offerings, priced very reasonably, and sound quite amazing when compared to the big boys!
