I love that they mocked up a little table stand for them and everything.

Any more audio based April fools stuff going about? There's one where Myburgh has created acoustic treatment screws in multiple colors. Apart from that it's been a bit thin on the ground..

If the caps turned and actually ground the salt and pepper, I'd buy.

I am waiting for some food tasters to post reviews. Also, I think it depends on the rest of the chain. Steak? Corndog? Does it blend well with the mix? Also, no posted specifications - like how many shakes to get X amount of seasoning. I am betting Ben at Beesneez will come up with something even more tasty for 1/2 the price. Anyway, I am sure a bunch of people will post their conclusions on the purple site without having tried it.

I shot these out with the 3U Warbler 127 and the Neumann's went back. Everyone has different tastes I guess.

Fast food outfits prefer the Oktava's. Since they've gotten used to Russian even more. Chris

Oddly enough, the Vic Firth drumstick company actually did release salt and pepper shakers a while ago. Maybe they still do? In any case, I have a set, so I know they exist! Not just a April Fools joke!
Vic Firth bought a random factory that had a few small companies in there, and apparently, the only one that was relatively profitable made wooden salt and pepper grinders. So, instead of shutting that company down, Vic Firth just absorbed them, let all the people keep their jobs, and they just re-branded their salt and pepper grinders with the Vic Firth logo.

I've had the pepper mill for 22 years, daily use -- never fails! I even take it on road trips and camping. Yeah, I like black pepper...

If there's no Pink... It'll break John Eppstein's heart. LOL! John K gets true Blue. I need Nickel for whenever I open for 50 Cent, with Nickelback. At a concert. Then then the whole thing only costs 45 cents. Chris P.S. They forgot Fool's Gold.
