Hi Everyone,
I saw a very good video review on the Don Classics 250EQ with APP992's inside by ShoeTique (GDIY Member). The Don Classics 250EQ is a very good gear, and I am happy that he made a review on it. I would like to add that this video is very well done and is very much worth seeing by anyone looking for a DIY Sontec 250.
The video is here:
thanks for looking
Pier Paolo
PS: ShoeTique is a member of the DIY group but was unaware of this forum. When I told him that I was going to post his video of him on this forum, he saw realgearonline and thanked me because he was very happy to have found such a cute one.

I’m not sure I get the joke I'm not sure it's a joke. I read it as maybe a non-native language thing. When I posted that PS it was 4 am here in Italy, I had just gotten out of bed to go to the bathroom. I was very sleepy, without glasses, I saw that I had forgotten my computer was still on. I remembered that I had to post on this forum and so I did. I wrote everything quickly, it was very cold by night here. I'm not a native English speaker, so I do what I can. I definitely made a mistake in formulating the PS. Some (several) times the Italian language cannot be literally translated into English. I also studied French, but writing in French for an Italian (and especially for a Sicilian) is much easier than English. The matter is I wanted to say these following words: ShoeTique is a member of the DIY group and was not aware of this forum. When I told him I would post his video of him on this forum, he saw realgearonline.com and thanked me because he was very happy to have found a new forum.New in the sense that he didn't see it before. I hope I haven't made anyone uncomfortable. I apologize for the inaccuracy.

I think Pier provides the DOA kits. Yes, I sell them by kits or just as assembled items.

The prices are on my thread on White Market of the Group DIY forum. I write them here too: assembled version prices : 49 euros pc for 1 pc. 37.6 euros pc for 2 to 10 pcs 36.5 euros pc for 11 to 50 pcs kitset version prices : 15.5 euros pc for 1 to 3 pcs. 14.2 euros pc for 4 to 10 pcs 13.8 euros pc for 11 to 50 pcs all these prices are S&H and PayPal fees excluded. The docs include the assembly manual. I sell the APP992 DIP8 version to replace DIP8 IC opamps (single and dual) too.

Thank you, all good, I was trying to figure out a working build price.
Am I correct that each eq needs one of the DOA, so two for two channels?

One channel can use two DOA's, and this is the classic Sontec 250 configuration, but it's possible to use one DOA per channel only. Personally, if you have intention to use a DOA per channel, I advice to you to use it on the out stage.
