I agree. It's one of those tools that initially blew me away, but then I became intimidated by it, so I put it down for a while. It's worth the learning curve, despite its features having descriptions unrelated to most other audio processing tools.
Quite sure I picked it up for next to nothing in a promo too.

I've always used Ozone...but just demo'd the SSL one and I really do think it's better. Anyone have any secret widener plugins? I guess they aren't really secret, but for what it's worth... I get a lot of use on a tasteful way from Matthew Lane's DrMS, although there was a big learning curve for me on that one. Fairly complex tool. Raising Jake Studios' Sideminder ME2 is also very effective, discreet in it's implementation, and super easy to use. The dark horse is Acustica's SpaceControl. Hooweee! What a garish beast. But I love it. It's hard for me to go subtle with that one though. Not that it can't be subtle and discreet, but when I'm working with it I almost always go to far. It's like the Clariphonic of widening- Oops, too far again.
