Good evening friends I'm looking for a software or a website that when I upload a song from the computer it will translate the singer's language in the song to another language of my choice What do you have to offer me?

If you type out the lyric in what ever their original language is, any translator app will do?

Here’s a link for Google translate. translate.google.ca/Type or copy in the lyrics you want translated, identify that language. In bottom box, pick the language you want the lyrics translated to and Google will translate them for you.

Yeah the only way this is happening right now is with some AI wizardry.
You could probably translate the lyrics into the desired language and feed them to an AI vocalist. Hopefully the AI vocalist is based on a native speaker so it will at least maybe sound convincing.
I kind of hate that I typed this.

Best I can recommend is Apple iTranslate that you can speak your text for translation. At least you don’t have to type it in.
Pretty sure that a translator to interpret sung language to another within a recording does not presently exist…. Good idea and might in the future.

Not only does it not exist, it wouldn’t “work”. Languages don’t just switch out words from one to the other. The way phrases are put together is entirely different, so the lyrics wouldn’t make sense.

I think we're all behind the times. The technology not only DOES exist, but it is pretty good. These kind of AI tools take a video as input, translate the audio, play it back using the original speaker's own voice, and then they change mouth movements of the speaker in the video to match the translated words. There are a few examples on YouTube and it's so good it's creepy.
When I looked for the software a month ago it's all commercial and very expensive, intended for automatically dubbing films. The customers are film studios. The big losers in this are dubbing voice artists.
Welcome to the future.
To the OP, here's kind-of what you're looking for. Does it work for singing? Who knows. But you need deep pockets to purchase this. www.flawlessai.com/
If you have TikTok, here's a infamous mexican YouTube personality "speaking" English. I'm not sure what tool was used here, but you can see that her Mexican accent and voice is preserved:
