Well, if that doesn't kill physical movie theaters, nothing will. Well I'm 60, so streaming has meant I'm now able to watch a movie without missing any of it. Streaming has a double meaning for me I saw Killers of the Flower Moon in theater, it was like 3.5 hours long... "Where the crap is the intermission???"

Problem is you can't use headphones at the same time as the big glasses isn't it ?... But other than that it's really interesting. 3-4 big old traditional screens could reach 3K. The headset is just another alternative, & acoustically non-intrusive for speakers. If it's compatible with W12 why not... I was wondering about that. Seemed kind of borderline based on the videos. My take was that headphones with a tight enough band could work but I've never actually seen one of these things, could be wrong. I also am among those who hates the idea of these technologies isolating humans even further from each other. But for areas (like mixing) that are already (mostly) a hyper focused solo activity, this could be game changing. Another one is video editing. There are probably others like that where isolated immersion is already the name of the game. But yeah, watching a movie by myself on the wall? No thanks. I like to watch the first 8 minutes of every movie with my wife before she falls asleep, it's a bonding thing. That's actually pretty impressive that she makes it to the 8-minute mark...

I'd have to fully dehydrate for 8 hours pre film - it would require Zen like preparation and mental powers! It's on my watch list though, I love Martin Scorsese films - The Irishman was fantastic!

I tried to hard to "prep" before hand . There was like 20 minutes left and I was about to cry I had to piss so bad. ALMOST made it...
