Great work Tony, most guys struggle to find a contractor who will get the job done. Finding one who really Understands what's need is even harder. Finding one who can deliver that kind of quality One in a million!

Finding one who can deliver that kind of quality One in a million! Thanx Eric! Xcept... This is Rock Kennedy's work, not mine 8) he did a spectacular job! I'm going to post up my build thread based on my space/eqipment soon, and I think it'll be cool, but Rocks room is really hi end and expensive looking, my place is more utilitarian by comparison. |

I should add that I am a B Lic construction contractor in Cali, I do a lot of hi end custom construction work, and have built many recording/ soundproof rehearsal spaces in my time, some very nice rigs, it's been a while since Ive built one though(I'll have to scan some physical pics to post),
Point I'm trying to make is, I am qualified, Licensed and available to build u anything u might imagine 8)

If I had the cash I would hire your both! First have to find and spring for that most expensive piece of kit, the space!
Tony Knowing you were a contractor I assumed you built it!
I do love our loft ! No patrolled walls, 16ft ceilings all walls 2 layers, of drywall blown insulation on metal 2x4 . The neighbors are great a Grammy winner the Concert Master from the KC Symphony, a Broadway play write!.
It might not be perfect but it brings work!
