I just got a pair of NG76s and a Rhea. They sound excellent in limited testing on a previous mix, and plugin control is a beautiful thing. I'm already looking at a Titan so I can have single-cable control over Ethernet for any of their 500 series boxes, and of course, to fill the thing up! I like the sound of that. Perhaps in the next month or two I may be in a position to start a Titan. Have you been able to compare them to some other compressors? What's your take on the Zenpro Clipalator files if you've heard them? I haven't listened to the ZenPro files yet. What I typically do is load an existing mix in Pro Tools and replace a plugin with the new hardware, or switch out an existing hardware insert, and compare. I'll do more testing tonight but I'm already sold on the WesAudio line.
For WesAudio, I took a leap of faith based mostly on reviews and other positive commentary that their gear sounds great. Also, for me, the concept of plugin control is a big deal. I first experienced it with M7 Link and it is absolutely the way to go for hardware configuration management. When I load a session my Bricastis each emit a soft click indicating that they've received MIDI from dedicated instances of M7 Link. What a lovely sound that is!
