Interesting. I feel like I saw Josh mention that somewhere. Love my Stam 609. Doubt I can afford/justify another stereo comp anytime soon

ya, me too. I had ordered the 609 year's ago but cancelled due to the delays: regretted doing so, but what can you do.

Very cool ! Love the red/black color scheme. Is this a second character accessible via the frontpanel in addition to the Neve traditional sound, or is it another output stage that replaces the Neve output stage ? Thanks

The output stage is replaced by the classic API output stage.
I'm auditioning six transformers to determine the final sound but yeah, it's much more mid focused than the traditional one.

In a perfect world there would be a three position rotary switch with the following labels :
- metal knob
- modern
- american

There is not enough space to fit so many transformers and output cards/op-amps
But that's a cool idea for an original design for sure. That's what my summing mixer has
