Hope that is the right term, I am thinking about volume or the newer expression pedals, what do people think of them ?
I do pretty basic midi piano and keys parts but every time I use a b3, I think of the swells etc..
When I look on line I have no idea what pedal to buy, thoughts ?

I went for the cheap Nektar expression pedals $20 at B&H and I like them - I don't see anything that looks better without spending more $$$ They are working just fine and seem reasonably sturdy after some time now I like that the size and throw of the pedal is about the same as a crybaby wah which is what I am used to

It controls B3 volume swells on my Nord Electro, and can be mapped to whatever in the DAW. It's tough and well made. USD $40 or so new.

I have the basic expression pedal from Moog. It doesn't have the heft of an actual B3 expression pedal but for swells and synths it does the job.
