“Hello Guys,
We have as of today over 600 emails to respond to between me and Andreina.
Please expect a delay in our replies as we have to focus on other tasks simultaneously (shipments, calibration of units, engineering and purchases of parts and administration).
We are doing the work that is normally done by 5 people. Very unfortunate chain of events the last 3 weeks with key staff (health related)
Long story short: it might take up to 3/4 days to respond to your email.
Thanks for your understanding, we are working on hiring more people to help

Thanks for the heads up. Not sure about the rest of you, but I haven't had a Facebook account for some time so this is appreciated.
I was worried when I realized I haven't been checking my emails while overseas that I might have missed an invoice from Stam, but this alleviates any concerns I has.
Bugs in general are getting around right now. Had half of my itinerary wrecked by something I probably picked up at customs. Best health to all, and speedy recovery to those who are ill.

I had some very delayed correspondence with Josh/Andreina over the Summer, so this resonates. I'm fine with the delay, as long as it doesn't penalize me -- and it hasn't. Josh has been more than accommodating with my requests. |
