I'm seeing the doc and getting another round of X-rays next week to see if I can start learning how to walk again. . It's so freaking weird not using a leg for 12 weeks. Makes one wonder if you can even walk. LOL

LOL Yeah when I was in the chair after losing the toes to the damn infection after getting run over buy a bird scooter I had the same thought. They sent in an endocrinologist who walked into my room took one look and said “ oh boy you are a challenge.” I was like finally 😁

Your text is too disorganized for my mind. If you could space it out more, I think would help to understand better what you might need.
You track rock bands, that means you track drums., right? If I were you I'd get atleast four more transformer based preamps. Neve 1073 style or API style four channel 1u unit. They will help you get desired weight for any signals you want to stand out.
A good bass DI and even for electrical guitar is important, if you don't have that covered yet. Some preamps give you that tho, but it's not a guarantee that every included DI out there is good enough. Some are filler.
I'd prioritize getting a good optical compressor for vocals and bass. LA2A clone if you value tube tone. I do, for vocals especially. A TLA 50 can be found cheap used. They are very versatile but don't look impressive to clients.
A VCA SSL style Bus Compressor is great for bus work, but I really think frontend (tracking) is FAR more important. With that said, you can use a SSl comp for tracking too, just got to experiment.
Almost forgot, MICROPHONES! I don't know what you have or what type of setup you prefer, but one or two old or new 87 if you can afford it. There supposedly are good cheaper clones of them too, but as a commercial Studio it is important that the gear looks right too, not amateurish.
Hope that helps. I had trouble reading your text, so please forgive me if something went by my head.

I have trouble redding my own texts. Got "out" too. And once more a menace on the Highway! Just be patient with us, even when we're patients. Chris

Yep what everyone said. Good mics and preamps. I have the 8 channel Phoenix Audio that’s my go to for drums and a couple racks of 500 series pre’s as well I also mix in on drums and use for the other instrument. If you can swing maybe 2 EQ’s. One for kick and one for snare. Little love on the way in. Can’t go wrong with a couple CAPI EQ’s or API 550’s. Then you can use those for overdubs too. Also I’d suggest an Audioscape 1176D. For smashing a room mic, tracking rock bass and vocals through. Maybe even tickle a guitar with it. Then just mix in the box. Nice 2 bus stuff is fantastic but will not make as big of an impact as the above. If you can swing it, for rock, some kind of SSL bus comp and maybe the 2 EQ’s you already have you used for tracking. I love my Heritage Lang EQ’s on the 2 bus. The 20k air I can get it’s fantastic. But I’ve also had great results with a couple 500 series EQ’s and UA pultec plug-in prior. If you go a different route, then also as mention the Silverbullet is a great solution.

I had trouble reading your text, so please forgive me if something went by my head. For your budget I'd order a couple of the newer dual channel Stam Audio 1073 MPA, for LA-2A style, Audioscape or Stam Audio's takes are praised here.. Same for a Bus compressor. I think this should be all within your budget. If you lack a good versatile mic I'd prioritize that first tho. A Stam 87 should help you get there whilst stay in budget, if you skip the bus compression. Or you could skip one of the dual channel preamps.. Good luck, there's loads of options out there. I'm only suggesting those I have the most positive experience with., with the right price-quality ratio.

Feel better Buddy. Friday morning I had a bit of a scare. (High Blood pressure/unusual for me) But ended up not going to Emergency. Chris Thanks Chris, Ironically it’s a pancreatitis attack, but the issue that made me go in was LOW BLOOD PRESSURE 🤪 Two of my closest friends here sick at the same time? Man, this sucks. Saying a little prayer for you both.
