I’d welcome a UA Deluxe and Vox UAD Dreams and Ruby plugins? They absolutely can do that. But they won't, since that would undermine the pedals themselves. |

Any guesses on the new plug? A few educated guesses might be a new tape machine, or some Neve stuff, or maybe a new reverb chamber/room thing like Ocean Way or Capitol Chambers. A new console or tape extension is LONG overdue so I'm guessing something to do with that world. Plugins for non Luna people, but those plugins also have Extension counterparts for those that do use Luna. I kind of thought they might release a Neve Console Extension that gives you the ability to switch back and forth between different EQ models like the 1084, 1073, 1081, etc, similar to how you can switch back and forth between the 550 and 560 in the API Vision Console Extension. The way Drew has been hyping it up. I'm thinking is going to be something along these lines. Drew also said it was going to be a tracking plugin (UAD-2) A full emulation of a famous studio (console, room, mics.. if that's even possible) is the only thing that I can see everyone wanting. |

Maybe something EMI? Though it wouldn't be officially branded, since Waves already has that all licensed up. Maybe an old Auditronics console or something? Or Electrodyne or RCA or Flickinger? |
