No, I’m not asking for a pair of M49’s but if you want to😁
Since I turn 55 on Monday ( ironically also the anniversary of Hendrix death), my wish is for something far more precious, but will cost you nothing, but a bit of your time.
Could you please donate some blood? My wife just sent me the current inventory of our local blood bank and a couple quick enquires were answered with the fact that there is a definite shortage in the US.
I am only here to both inform and annoy you because thousands of strangers took the time to save a total stranger, unfortunately I have been told by more than one blood bank director I should not even bother because nobody would want to take the risk of giving someone the blood from someone who should statistically have contracted something that would preclude donation. Yeah there is a 1% chance but when you’re talking 1000’s of units, you don’t want to play those odds.
You have the chance to save a life, be a hero so for those that can I ask you please spare a pint.
