Crappy marketing agency commissioning subpar plugins with unfixed bugs. Do not waste your money.

Holy crap that stuff sounds just like what my hip-hop artist/producer son did when he was just starting at 14. I thought it as just a kid trying to figure things out, I guess he was on to something.
Not my bag, man.

Discovered this video at the other purple place - simultaneously hilarious and informative. These are the kind of takedowns I can get behind and hopefully wake some people up (many of them kids starting out). I have nothing against Andrew Huang, either. Like Beato, he's an educator first and can introduce a lot of cool things to people. But constant shilling and marketing are always going to invite the wolves.
And Jamie Lidell is an incredible performer and artist - he's exactly the sort of guy who can make any tool interesting. Still one of the greatest openers I've ever seen.
That was a strange audio nerd dystopian fever dream. Thanks for sharing. This plugin makes me feel like a grumpy old man. Can’t these kids even automate their own effect throws and filter sweeps? What is this world coming to?!?

Thank you for this cursed content. There's almost an ex-employee level of vinegar!

I like that video takedown a lot.
I also like the transit plugin. 🤷🏻♀️

I've explored a bit more. I really dig it for the same musical shakeups I like Shaperbox for, quick and easy way to pump some life into boring sounds that need movement.

I haven't tried the plugin. I will when I have more time but I'm all for boxes that introduce some kind of randomness to react to. I find sometimes that's a big holdup during writing sessions, production/mixing. Truthfully, I'd rather see more of stuff like Transit and things like Velvet Machine, etc. that create something related musically but not too tied to the original signal the way delay, compression and other standard tricks are.
I think we're reaching a bit of a fatigue with influencer stuff and it's beautiful. I can feel it. Plus, Tik Tok has forced a lot of people to be more clever - or monumentally more stupid than they would be.
I primarily work in Ableton and kinda got used to the Max4Live functionality to introduce random or sequenced multi-effect automation. I use synced LFOs and one shot envelopes and envelope followers to do these kinds of quick automation tricks or I use the Cableguys Shaperbox stuff. I thought I'd switch over entirely to Cableguys when I got that on sale, but I still like being able to map that automation to just about anything in the interface...old habits I guess. It really comes down to the quality of the effects. I think I might be more compelled if this plug was made by Eventide or Noise Engineering or Fuse or was an OTO Machines hw box with midi sync.
