Why is that the guy who always leaves the EV charger plug on

Yup, guy has a habit of first acting like the 2 charging stations are his personal parking spots just leaves the plug on the grown, and pardon the pun but is shocked the internal fuses blow if it rains and there is a puddle! He also doesn’t understand there is a difference between rolling over a cable and parking on it or the connector! 4 charger repairs in a month. He insists it’s not him but there is a video camera that catches him dead to rights each time. Today at 5 am I get a call because there is a blue Tesla in someone’s reserved spot using a 120 charger as the spots owner pulls in, security guard didn’t look at the plate!
