I demoed it and really liked it. I’m waiting for it to go on special to buy it. There’s a demo on YouTube comparing the hardware to this plugin and they sound close enough for mixing purposes. Of course tracking through the hardware is a different story. At least in my opinion, tracking through hardware yields a larger difference. Once it’s been converted and In the box, the differences aren’t as big

I didn’t like the Soft MAS as it doesn’t soften transients which is its job so it’s nothing like the real thing.
I really like Kelvin. My fav so far.

The pricing for this ($249) sits in an odd spot. It's not in my "impulse buy" range, and if I truly loved the MAS I'd probably save my pennies for the $1700 hardware.
