All the units without the Iron Mod are shipping towards the end of this month All the units with the Iron Mod will ship mid December Thank you all for ordering! It gets them closer to the modded ones I did 30 years ago with an API stage as the final output circuit. Which is a mod I'm going to carry over to the Kt-76 mod offering I will have in the future. The output stage wasn't designed well on the 1176 and 1178.

New Starter to the game really ... having done a lot of research thanks to sites like this one. The below pic shows where my research has taken me so far. Shot out the Stam 78 vs DBC 20 SOC 20 and the analogue addicts Vari mu on bass and vocal. My favourite (all were capable) but my favourites were the Stam and the DBC 20, to be fare i thought this would be the case as they are the fastest compressors. Stam a little more forward and rounder the DBC20 not quite as forward but tighter, May cut through a mix better ( look at me trying to explain to the experts ) on this site. Vocals, all were good so I can see some combo compressor testing going ahead to find out my go to in the future with the creme being thrown in that mix. Trying to stick to the slots I have left so as you all can see 5 x 500 slots any advice would be greatly appreciated. lusting after the Audioscape 260VU but that would mean the Creme would go. your thoughts?

I’d love one of these. I bought another 12U of racking and I need some great gear to fill it. This would be a lovely start.

Sounds incredible, even over YouTube and the net, in real life must be unbelievable: congrats!
You’rs still finishing your first build: any spots left and is it the case that all these boards have the iron mod?

Yea, this is sounding awesome and the feature set brings tasteful and practical expansion, which should make it a much more universal box. Waiting on the 609 MkII first but really thinking about the 78T+ next.

I hope you sell a lot. Seems like it can beef up wimpy drummers and vocalists a ton without adding flab like a Drawmer or irradiating them like a Distressor.

Hi Guys, David from MixBusTV made a very compherensive review on the SA-78T plus. This one has the Iron Mod. Looking forward to your feedback GOD DAMN!! Josh, my friend, that is absolutely superb! Dying to get one of these... Until now, it was hard to convince people just how incredible an 1178 could be, but this goes BEYOND what the O.G. did. The flexibility....as in flexible ability... to bring exactly what you want to the front of program material or individual track, is just gobstopping. This clearly marks your return to LEADER in the recreation with improvement department, and you know how serious I am about that.
