This Saturday is the annual gear sale at the Quonset Hut on Music Row. Come on down if you are in Nashville. Nicoletto’s will have their food truck there starting at 11. This year is at capacity with 27 vendors

About to head down. I’ve never actually been to the Quonset Hut so looking forward to that.

They've actually built a building around it, part of the Mike Curb school. The was a really small functioning control room when I was there a few years ago.

Saw this too late, or I'd have stopped by.

Saw this too late, or I'd have stopped by. Honestly, Jeff’s table was really about the only super interesting stuff there. Buster had a couple Dolby units that were cool. Couple of Neumann’s at some other tables - but you’re not going to get some killer deal from people like us lol.

I got a couple nice toys at great prices…pair of AKG D224’s, SansAmp Classic, Inward Connections Nitro (Wyn from Avalon had some crazy deals on 500 series stuff that would have drained my wallet if I’d walked around sooner)
And I sold the things I was expecting to sell, and it was a great hang. I was surprised I didn’t have more interest in my Korby Blue or my McIntosh 2100 but swap meets are definitely better for small items…not too many people looking to spend big bucks there. It was nice having it hooked up to my record player so I could spin some music all day
