Someone needs to tell those online gear guys the turned around baseball cap was cool for a minute in the 1990's. They could lose the ubiquitous heavy metal intros as well.

I think the backwards hat trend for YouTube is more about not casting a shadow on your face than anything. I do it sometimes. Can’t say I’ve done a metal intro though 🤣

Nah.. just having a little fun. Also, sometimes I'm interested in the subject and the silly looking hats are kind of distracting.
I wasn't being that serious, but after the 10th Heavy Metal intro that's WAY louder than the rest of the video, it gets annoying rushing to adjust the volume all the time.

It’s video we are talking about and I’m not talking about Seawell here but on your video camera there is this button called white balance, while yes in a pinch a blank piece of paper will do not news print! |

The YouTube wankers are easy to spot, and I generally don’t give them my time. Also, intros annoy me. Everyone just HAS to have that sweet intro these days. Watched a video on how to fix my lawnmower the other day and had to sit through an intro…on lawn equipment repair! No one wants to see your stupid intro. Get on with it. Oh, and never say “let’s get started”. That’s just dumb. |
