I have become very fond of the Leipr's Fork Tennessee whiskey and their Bourbon as well. 100 proof and smooth as can be. REALLY good stuff. It's hard to get out of state but can be ordered online from Seelbach's.

It is one of the best I have ever tried. It's so smooth it's easy to drink too much of it. Gauge yourself.
