I've seen their api-flavored summing mixer discussed favorably elsewhere. It's a project I have on my someday list

just looking at a few projects, pres, it's pretty lame they are reserved (if forthcoming at all?) on BOM, schematics etc. but they will sell you the privilege of selling the parts to you "personal shopper." hard to evaluate how well/poorly they did the circuits. i don't see how that won't be a deal breaker for a large section of DIY enthusiasts, but maybe that's just me?

I've had the MB2, the MQ5, and BX2 on my shelf to build for years. Just never got around to it. Very advanced kits as you basically have to source all your own parts other than the faceplate, transformer, and few other things. But the boards are very high quality. just looking at a few projects, pres, it's pretty lame they are reserved (if forthcoming at all?) on BOM, schematics etc. but they will sell you the privilege of selling the parts to you "personal shopper." hard to evaluate how well/poorly they did the circuits. i don't see how that won't be a deal breaker for a large section of DIY enthusiasts, but maybe that's just me? You can literally download the BOM, the manuals, and build guides for free. Always have been able to.

Always have been able to. sure, but can a *potential* customer open them for free? password protected, and i couldn't be arsed to contact them for the password. i wonder if as an existing customer they may be more lenient to you? i've no interest in IP theft, just saying the whole process seems a little off-putting to me, and maybe just only me!

Download and look at any of them you want. I don't see anywhere you need to put a password for that.

Did you actually try and open the files within? They are password protected files. But hey, thanks for assuming the worst and going the ad hominem route!
