Easy program to run Faderport 8/16 natively in Reaper

Just download this and follow the instructions. Easy as pie.
Boot in PreSonus mode and all features are available in Reaper. Actually, they've made a few additions that make it better than the native version such as pre-setting some screenset shortcuts and adding an info display and pan fader flip function to the left shift button.
So... if you like the FP16 as I do, Reaper is now the best software for it.
