In the meantime, these german sites have some good sound samples: www.bonedo.de/artikel/lang-peq-2-test/www.amazona.de/test-heritage-audio-lang-peq-2-equalizer/These seem really cool for bass. The High End sounds quite different from what I'm used to hearing from a Pultec, not quite as creamy sounding. Which might be a good thing for me given I track everything with Coils, don't feel like a usually need a whole lot of extra color. |

Really mixed reviews on these compared to the real ones. I agree that online the reception has been pretty lukewarm but I have to say, I've talked to quite a few people who actually own them, some people that I know very well and who are pretty picky and everyone raves about them. I might be picking one up in the coming months for tracking, we'll see! |
